ITALIAN CUSISINE

I'm going to coment the results about one questions from my infographic:

Which type of food do you prefer?

Well, the most popular answer was "italian food". In my opinio the best cusine is this. Italian food is varied and is a reflection of the variety of their regions.

Italian cuisine, is included in the Mediterranean cuisine. It is very common to know the gastronomy of Italy for their most famous dishes, such as pizza, pasta, coffee and pickles. It is a cuisine very traditional, very sectioned by regions and heiress of long traditions, which has managed to perpetuate old recipes like pizza, Neapolitan dish.

BENEFITS OF EATING INSECT

I'm going to coment the results about one questions from my infographic:

Whitch kind of this tipical plate will you never eat?

Well, the most popular answer was "insects". In my opinion I think that eat insects must be very disgusting, but I searched some information about this type of food and and I found many interesting things.

Eating insects is a good idea. In many Asian countries are already part of they usual diet and  are an exotic ingredient. Theyr consume has great advantages for the environment. First, their production is much cheaper than meat. Insects are equally or more nutritious than any meat. And finally the insects are very digestive and not fattening.

In conclusion, eat insects is healthy but i think that acording your country, or your culture, is considered normal or not.
