FLAM
FLAM (Typical Catalan CREAM CARAMEL)
Ingredients:
3 eggs
500 ml of milk
water
sugar
Method:
1. Put the milk and the eggs in a pot and add four
teaspoons of sugar. Beat the dough.
2. Put some water in the other pot and add two teaspoons of sugar.
3. When it turns gold in color, add the dough.
4. Cover the pot with aluminium fold.
5. Let it boil for 30 minutes.
6. Put in bain marie and

hen let it rest for one or two hours.
